Terms of Service
Last Updated: April 3, 2026
Welcome! We like to keep things simple. These terms are here to make sure we’re both on the same page regarding how we work together, what you can expect from our services, and how we handle the business side of things.
1. The Short Version
By using this website or hiring us for design and marketing services, you’re agreeing to the rules laid out on this page. If you don’t agree with them, please reach out so we can chat, or refrain from using the site.
2. Our Services
We provide graphic design and digital marketing services. While we always aim for perfection, creative work is subjective. We’ll do our best to meet your vision, but we cannot guarantee specific financial “overnight” results (like a specific number of sales) because marketing depends on many variables.
3. Collaboration & Communication
To get the best results, we need your help! This means:
- Providing clear feedback in a timely manner.
- Supplying any necessary assets (logos, photos, or info) we need to start.
- Being honest about your goals.
4. Ownership & Intellectual Property
- For You: Once the final payment is cleared, the ownership of the final “approved” designs or marketing assets belongs to you. You get the rights to use them for your business.
- For Us: We reserve the right to showcase the work we’ve created for you in our portfolio or on social media to demonstrate our skills (unless we’ve signed a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement).
5. Payments & Revisions
- Payments: We typically require a deposit before starting work. Final files or live campaigns are delivered once the balance is paid.
- Revisions: Each project includes a set number of revision rounds (usually specified in your quote). Any major changes outside the original scope may require an additional fee.
6. Cancellation
Life happens. If you need to cancel a project, please let us know as soon as possible. Any work already completed up to that point will be billed, and deposits are generally non-refundable to cover the time already invested.
7. The “Legal” Stuff (Simplified)
- Liability: We aren’t responsible for any indirect losses (like lost profits) if something goes wrong with a campaign or a website.
- Updates: We might update these terms occasionally. If we make big changes, we’ll post a notice here.
8. Got Questions?
If anything here feels confusing or if you have a specific question about a project, just send us an email. We’re humans, and we’re happy to talk.
